Reservation Policies

Payment of invoice guarantees your reservation and holds the date(s) on our booking calendar. If the invoice remains unpaid beyond 24 hours of sending, your reservation will be canceled and the dates released on the reservation calendar. 

 

Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM.

Booking Rates

      Holiday & Large Event Weekends - 2 night minimum stay is required

             Steak Cook-Off, Old Settlers Reunion & Rodeo, Billy the Kid Film Festival, Hico Art & Wine Festival, Taste of Hico, Gravel                   Locos Bike Ride, Hometown Christmas in Hico

 

      Single night, weekend reservations are billed at a higher rate of $249.

 

      Weekday stays have an abbreviated breakfast of homemade pastries, bacon/sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice and coffee and are               served in your suite.

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the Cactus Flower in any location.

Smoking IS permitted on the deck, patio and around the fire pit. Please dispose of trash safely.

Pet Policy

We do not accept pets due to allergen concerns of future guests. Our personal pets are not allowed in the Bluebonnet Suite for this reason. We are happy to share our pets with you if you need a "fur fix".

 

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Reservations may be canceled with a full refund 14 days before check-in. Check-in is considered to be 12:00 AM on the day of arrival regardless of planned check in time.

 

Reservations may be canceled with a 50% refund between 13-7 days before check-in. Check-in is considered to be 12:00 AM on the day of arrival regardless of planned check in time. 

 

Reservations may be canceled with no refund 6 or less days before check-in. Check-in is considered to be 12:00 AM on the day of arrival regardless of planned check in time. 

 

Reasons for cancellation will not affect refunds after 13 days prior to arrival. As Covid-19 is now a foreseen event, cancellations due to government travel restrictions, fear of travel, illness or change of mind are subject to our normal cancellation policy.

 

Payment of this invoice indicates agreement with the cancellation policies listed above.

Rescheduling of reservations will be encouraged depending upon already existing reservations.
